Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
At Holgate Public School, we foster learning and personal growth and I’m proud to lead a school where every child learns, grows and feels a sense of belonging.
Our values of respect, responsibility and resilience guide everything we do. We’ve seen strong growth in both academic and extracurricular opportunities, which speaks to the dedication of our staff and students.
We embrace our partnership with parents, carers and our community and celebrate the unique strengths and stories that every student brings.
Our teachers create a caring and inclusive environment, with personalised support for our Aboriginal students, those with learning needs and enrichment for high-potential learners.
We’re a small school with a big heart. Our proud history, supportive Parents and Citizens (P&C) and great facilities provide a strong foundation for learning and growth.
I warmly welcome you to discover what makes our school a thriving community where every student can learn and belong.
Vanessa Gordon, Principal
